Return Policy Information:
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags are intact, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is processed and approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any specific reason. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
