There are two versions of the product, integrated graphics card and discrete graphics card, please see the purchase clearly, discrete graphics card is MX450 2GB
Remark

1. We will send windows 10 system by default, if you need windows 11 system, please leave a message in the order, or note in the order, thank you for your cooperation.
2. If you forget to leave a message, please contact us after receiving the goods, we will provide a file to update your laptop to the windows 11 Pro system.

Shipment

We will send you the language of the corresponding country according to the country where you placed the order. For example, if you are a Russian guest, I will send the Russian language by default and provide Russian keyboard stickers. If you are in Spain, the Spanish language will be sent to you by default, and Spanish keyboard stickers will be provided. By analogy, we are serious about serving attentively.

My product has multiple options,

• The largest RAM supports 32GB and the smallest RAM is 8GB
• The largest Rom is 2TB and the smallest Rom is 256GB
• Please see clearly before buying
• For example, if you buy the 8G 256GB option, and then you dispute that you bought the 36G 2TB option, this is not acceptable.

Free Operating System: Default installed our  OEM window 10 pro English for free, if need other languages, please inform us which language you want to install.

2. DHL shipping to many countries cause customs tax , If you Choose DHL, the price not include DHL remote cost, custom duty, You may need arrange the custom clearance and pay for some tax, please kindly know it, many thanks.

4. DELIVERY
• An unpacking video and shipping label of the package are necessary if any breakage before delivery.
5. STORAGE
• The actual available storage is not equal to the written number, the reason we can explain is that the software configuration will occupy part of storage. The final available storage you can check the Antutu scores screenshot.
• *We cannot accept the dispute over RAM/ROM difference.
