Is there a minimum purchase requirement? 

There is no minimum purchase requirement. Most of our products has free delivery.

When will my order be confirmed and my card charged?
Your order will be confirmed once you completed the checkout process. Your order confirmation will be send to your registered email address. We only charge your card when your order is confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order before it’s despatched?
If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately. Once you have received your confirmation email we may have to charge you in full or an admin fee if the order is already processed.

Do you give a discount for volume orders?
Yes, we can provide you a discount for a volume orders! We would be very happy to give discounts for special orders. Don’t be shy – Get in touch with us!


What is the shipping charge?
Most of the shipping in the United Arab Emirates is free. Orders processing are usually 1 - 3 days and the estimated delivery time (EDT) is 5-15 days. We will confirm to you by email your delivery date once your order is processed. Any additional cost will be calculated when you check out. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding deliveries.

Can I collect my order from you?
We do not have a shop but we can arrange to have your order delivered from our warehouse to your shipping address.

What is the cut-off time to process the order?
All orders received Monday to Friday by 12pm will usually be process the following day (weekday) .

Do you offer same day delivery?
For now, we are not yet offering same day deliveries.

Do you offer Sunday delivery?
No we do not.

Can I find out at what time my order will be delivered?
Our courier team will contact you if the order is ready for delivery and you can request a delivery based on your availability.

What if I am not at home, can you leave my delivery somewhere safe?
Yes, but at your own risk. Please coordinate to our courier team.

How can I track my order?
Our courier team will send you a tracking number and you can track from our portal or from the link provided. Track your order:
