Shipping Policy

    Shipping Guidelines: R Smart eShop (RSE) utilizes various shipping and handling methods (Standard, Express/Sensitive) when processing orders. The majority of shipping costs are already included in the selling price. However, it's important to note that the shipping cost displayed on RSE is only an estimated cost based on factors such as the estimated weight, volume of the products, and other considerations. The actual shipping cost may differ. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the prepaid cost due to variations in weight and volume, RSE reserves the right to charge the difference in shipping cost.     Shipping Considerations for Remote Countries: When shipping packages to remote countries or regions, it is possible that tracking information may not be available at times. This is because these remote areas often rely on slow postal transport with limited flight availability. Consequently, most packages will be in transit, awaiting a flight to the destination, without updated tracking information. If the buyer has not received the goods, we recommend reaching out to the local post office for assistance. Please note that tracking information found on third-party websites cannot provide further inquiry or updates. In the event of a dispute, we strongly advise reading and referring to our dispute policy, which will serve as a valuable reference for resolving any issues.

    Customs Clearance Challenges: Certain remote countries, including but not limited to Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana, may experience difficulties and delays in customs clearance. If a dispute arises, we recommend reading and referring to our refund policy, which will serve as an important resource for resolving any disputes related to customs clearance.

    Tracking Shipments: You can track shipping information through the portal provided by RSE or other third-party websites. However, please be aware that tracking may not be available for certain remote countries. In such cases, we advise promptly contacting the local post office for more information regarding your shipment.

    Price Adjustments: RSE periodically or seasonally adjusts shipping costs based on the prices set by third-party carriers. If there are changes to shipping costs, you will be notified via email or system notifications.

    Oversized Products: An oversized product refers to a product with a volume weight greater than its actual weight.

    Shipping Cost Differences: Due to product characteristics, there may be a difference between the actual weight and the system weight after packing. If a product is oversized, RSE reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs based on the volume weight. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost difference.

    Reshipment: If products are returned to the sender or carrier due to reasons attributable to you (such as an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable), RSE will notify you in advance and may request payment for reshipment costs when the carrier offers reshipment services. Failure to comply may result in you bearing the loss.

    Remote Fees: To ensure smooth order fulfillment, RSE reserves the right to charge additional remote fees when shipping packages to specific remote countries.

    RSE shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery of packages due to the following reasons:

    Force Majeure: "Force Majeure" refers to unforeseeable, uncontrollable, or unavoidable events or accidents, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, snow disasters, storms, heavy fog, severe weather conditions, strikes, terrorist incidents, traffic accidents, amendments to regulations and policies, acts, decisions, or orders by government or judicial authorities, as well as violent crimes such as robberies.

    • Damage caused by the natural characteristics, inherent defects, or reasonable wear and tear of the goods.
    • Delays in receiving or failure to deliver goods due to the customer's own reasons.

    In situations where packages cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, such as failure to establish contact or providing an incorrect receiving address, RSE may offer free storage service if it is provided by the overseas carrier. It is your responsibility to promptly contact the RSE agent and make arrangements for the timely pickup of the goods. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by you. If packages remain undelivered after the designated free storage period, RSE reserves the right to dispose of the package, and no refund will be issued for the payment made.
